What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Yard Supervisor you will be responsible for:
• Demonstrate Four Rivers Co-operative’s values of Responsibility, Integrity, Service, and Excellence
• Work co-operatively with team members who deliver excellent service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here.”
• The care and maintenance of the cardlock, site and equipment which includes cleaning, organizing and minor repairs such as changing fuel nozzles
• Providing proper storage of yard and warehouse merchandise
• Unloading supplier trucks
• Loading customer vehicles
• Keeping warehouse, yard and storage areas organized and clean
• Ensuring company policies including the Health and Safety program are always adhered to

Who you are:
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Able to repetitively pull, lift and carry 50lbs throughout each 8-hour shift
• Forklift experience is considered an asset
• Knowledge of livestock is considered an asset
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to take direct and deliver customer service that goes that extra mile
• A team member with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Committed to quality with an eye for detail
• Mechanically inclined
• Experienced in retail in a similar position
• Results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
• You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.

The pay scale for this position is $17.45 to $23.87 per hour. Starting pay of applicants will be based off knowledge, skills and experience.
